Gov. Matawalle Meets Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair.



Zamfara state Governor His Excellency Hon. Dr. Bello Muhammad Matawalle, MON, met with former British Prime Minister Sir. Tony Blair and founder of the Blair Institute for Global Change (TBI) to discuss areas of collaboration on governance, peace and economic sustainability with Zamfara State in mind.

The meeting gave Governor Matawalle the opportunity to rub minds with Sir Tony Blair on ways of empowering and uplifting his people.

The Governor had in the last weeks been on international networking and investment drive for Zamfara State. A mission that has enabled him to meet with global international figures in places like the United Nations in New York and other such places in his desire to grow the economy of Zamfara State.
