Diezani gate: " Allow Our daughter to come back to Nigeria to Confess her entrusted Funds to Zamfara governor Dauda Lawal, groups urges Federal government.



The Niger Delta  transparency women group for good  governance have during their emergency meeting in Calabar appeal to Federal government of Nigeria to allow their Sister the former Petroleum Minister Diezani Alison Maduekwe to come back to Nigeria to Confess Billions of Naira she entrusted to the Former First Bank Executive Director and now the Executive governor of Zamfara State His Excellency Dauda Lawal before she left the County for United Kingdom Nine years ago. 


The Chairperson of the group Mrs, Helen Manager Made the appeal during a press briefing after the United States of America returned to Nigeria the Sum of $52.88m linked to the former Petroleum Minister. 


"As a close associate of the former Petroleum Minister, knew very well the Financials relationship between My friend Diezani  and Mr, Dauda when she was the Petroleum Minister, as such, we are appealing to  President Bola Ahmed to allow her to come back to open up her Financial deals with Zamfara State governor despite She openly told me last week when I was in the United Kingdom that Mr, Dauda is seriously Frustrating her coming back to Nigeria as she really want to reunite with her families,  "Said Mrs, Helen Manager. 


"Yes we knew that our Sister the former Petroleum Minister Diezani Alison Maduekwe Made a lots of Mistakes as the  then Petroleum Minister, but we are begging  Nigerians to forgive her as she is now a certified Born again Christian and willing to open up her Financial relationship with Zamfara State governor Dauda Lawal Dare and two others Nameswithheld.
